Scholar threads

Scholar is coming along nicely and it’s fitting fairly well into the idea I had a couple of years ago. Apart from adding a heap of articles and improving the functioning of the site, the major update to scholar has been adding threads. The idea is that threads navigate a path through the articles and collect together all the material for a course. It’s looking a little sparse at the moment but that will change. Eventually.

The scale is a little daunting. If each article corresponds to around 20 minutes of a lecture then a full university unit is over a hundred articles. If each of those articles is supported by 10 solved exercises that’s over 1000 exercises to create. Eventually I want screencasts or videos for the articles too...
